WOD - WEDNESDAY JUNE 11TH 2014


FOR THE PAST YEAR I HAVE HAD THE HONOR AND PRIVILEGE OF TRAINING 1ST LT MIKE SEGGEL .  THE MINDSET THAT MIKE BROUGHT TO THE GYM EVERYDAY, HIS COMMITMENT TO TRAINING AND OVERALL AWESOME ATTITUDE IS SOMETHING THAT I WISH ALL OF US WOULD AIM FOR.  HAVING THIS GUY AND PEOPLE LIKE HIM DEFENDING OUR COUNTRY IS TRULY SOMETHING SPECIAL.  I KNOW WE WILL MISS YOU PAL BE SAFE,  AND KICK SOME ASS.
