* HONESTLY WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TODAY'S ATTENDANCE.  FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO SHOWED UP AND GAVE YOUR ALL OUT EFFORT GREAT JOB.
    I KNOW FOR A FACT SOME PEOPLE LOOKED AT THE BLOG LAST NIGHT/TODAY AND SAW RUNNING AND CHOSE NOT TO COME IN.  I ALSO KNOW FOR A FACT WE HAVE NO OLYMPIC LEVEL ATHLETES  IN THE GYM SO EACH AND EVERYONE OF US CAN GET BETTER AT ALL MOVEMENTS.  THESE ARE THE DAYS THAT YOU SHOULD COME INTO THE GYM AND WORK ON YOUR FEARS AND WEAKNESSES.  IF YOU CONTINUE TO SKIP THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET BETTER AT THEM.  EMBRACE THE SUCK AND WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESSES!!
