WOD - THURSDAY, MAY 9TH 2013

* PUSH PRESSES AND JERKS HAVE COME ALONG WAY FOR SOME OF YOU! FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE STRUGGLING START WORKING SOME FLEXIBILITY AND PVC WORK AND THE MOVEMENT WILL COME!

** NEXT MONDAY AND TUESDAY WE ARE GOING TO DO A KIND OF A MIDPOINT CHECK IN FOR THE GET JACKED FOR SUMMER CHALLENGE.  WE WILL DO WEIGH-INS AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. WE HAVE SEEN SOME BIG CHANGES IN PEOPLE IN 3 WEEKS SO FAR AND ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE NEXT 4 WEEKS TO SEE THE BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE!
