WOD - SUNDAY, MAY 12TH 2013



ROUGH DAY!

* NEXT MONDAY AND TUESDAY WE ARE GOING TO DO A KIND OF A MIDPOINT CHECK IN FOR THE GET JACKED FOR SUMMER CHALLENGE.  WE WILL DO WEIGH-INS AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. WE HAVE SEEN SOME BIG CHANGES IN PEOPLE IN 3 WEEKS SO FAR AND ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE NEXT 4 WEEKS TO SEE THE BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE!

** DUE TO SUNDAY BEING MOTHERS DAY WE WILL BE MOVING PERV SUNDAY TO 8AM! SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

*** REGIONALS WILL BE NEXT FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MAY 17TH-19TH IN CANTON, MA.  COME CHEER US ON.  WE WILL BE CANCELING CLASSES FRIDAY-SUNDAY MAY 17TH-19TH.  WE WILL POST AT HOME WODS DURING THOSE 3 DAYS.
