* IF YOU CANNOT DO THE OPEN WOD ON SATURDAY YOU MUST MESSAGE US ON  FACEBOOK OR EMAIL US AND REQUEST TO DO IT THURSDAY.  EITHER MYSELF, MOLLY, SEAN, STEVE, ROB OR ANTHONY CAN JUDGE YOU.  IF YOU BELIEVE YOU WILL FINISH IN THE TOP 3 IN THE GYM ON ANY GIVEN WORKOUT YOU MUST HAVE TWO OF THE COACHES THERE TO VERIFY YOUR WORKOUT. IF YOU DO NOT INFORM US THAT YOU WILL NOT BE AT SATURDAYS WORKOUT BEFORE CLASS WE WILL NOT JUDGE YOU!
