WOD - MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH 2013

* FLEX ON THE BEACH WAS HUGE SUCCESS ON SUNDAY! WE CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS HOW GRATEFUL WE ARE FOR ALL THE HELP FROM SOME OF YOU GUYS.  LETS START W/ MVP JOE LENNON! THIS GUY WAS THE HARDEST WORKING MAN AROUND.  HE WAS HERE ON SITE FOR 2 STRAIGHT DAYS...WE WERE ABOUT TO SET UP A TENT AND GIVE THE GUY BLANKETS!  MISSY, KATH, JANEY, KIM, AND RACHEL FIGURING OUT THE SCORING AND DEALING WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS, A JOB THAT NONE OF US COULD HAVE DONE!  ALEX V FOR BEING A ONE MAN SHOW! CAROLINE FOR PROVIDING FIRST AID (SO NOT OUR THING!) ALSO ANGELA V, RACHEL B, GINNY, NICK, DANIELLE, MATT, KERRRRRI, ALI FENECH, KARINA, BARB , JORDAN, HOLLY, VALERIE, VANNEZA, ALYSSA, JILL AND MARY THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR GRUNT WORK AND DEALING WITH US BOSSING YOU AROUND ALL DAY.  (I'M SURE THERE WERE A FEW MORE, DON'T THINK WE FORGOT JUST A LITTLE SPENT) THANKS TO KAIT, ROB, STEVE AND MOL FOR JUDGING ALLLL DAY LONG AND MAKING SURE THE EVENT RAN SMOOTH. ALSO THANKS TO THE COMPETITORS FROM KIP FOR GOING OUT THERE WORKING THEIR ASS OFF AND SHOWING WHY WE ARE THE BEST GYM AROUND. CONGRATS TO ALL OUR FIRST TIME COMPETITORS, WE COULDN'T BE MORE PROUD OF YOU...PUSHING PAST ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS AND KILLING IT WHILE HAVING FUN OUT THERE!!  WE LOVE ALL OF YOU GUYS AND IT WAS TRULY A GREAT DAY.
From Molly: This event would not have been what it was without Mike and Seans' brains...ideas going back and forth for months, then finally getting an outcome that was way past all our expectations! Without their vision and passion this would not have been such a huge success!
